Erika Watson

Erika L. Watson is the Founder & CEO of the Intersection Collective. In this role, Ms. Watson leads the Intersection Collective and its focus on impacting the lives of children of color with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, their families, and communities and supporting the evolution of family caregivers on a journey to become more confident and effective in their educational advocacy. Her leadership, expertise, and oversight continue to inform the organization’s commitment and strategy to deliver exemplary, outcomes-based learning, coaching, advocacy, and community engagement.

Kim Knacksted, Ph.D.

Kim Knackstedt is the principal consultant of Unlock Access, LLC and brings more than a decade of accessibility and disability policy experience to your projects. She previously served in disability policy positions in Congress and the White House and brings experience as a person with chronic illnesses to her accessibility and policy perspectives. Kim’s experiences span education, government, and nonprofit sectors, with strengths in policy writing; diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility; accessibility program implementation; strategic visioning and planning; project management; public speaking; and coalition building.

Rep. Dani Isaacsohn

State Representative Dani Isaacsohn is currently serving his second term representing Ohio’s 24th House District. The district includes Downtown Cincinnati, Fairmount, Price Hill, Westwood, and surrounding neighborhoods. He currently serves in House leadership as Minority Whip.


Rep. Isaacsohn is a Walnut Hills High School graduate, and received a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, a master’s degree from Cambridge University, and a J.D. from Yale Law School. He serves as the ranking member on the House Judiciary Committee and is a sitting member of the House Finance and Energy committees.
